概述

Ying Studio 是一款「自带 API Key」（BYO-key）的 AI 工作台，运行于 iPhone、iPad 与 Mac。原则是本地优先：对话、配置与密钥尽量留在你的设备上；开发者不运营对话后端，也不收集、上传或分析你的个人数据与对话内容。

我们不运营什么

本应用没有开发者侧的用户账号体系，也没有开发者托管的聊天服务器。你发送的消息不会经过我们的服务器。

本地存储的数据

以下内容默认保存在你的设备本地，例如：

• 对话与消息（含 Chat / Code 会话）
• 助手、系统提示词与相关参数
• 服务商配置（不含 API Key 明文，见下节）
• 知识库与文档索引（用于端上检索）
• 用户记忆（若你使用该功能）
• 应用设置、快捷指令、Code 相关偏好等

若你主动开启「iCloud 同步」，上述部分数据可同步到你私人的 iCloud 账户（仅你本人可见），不经过开发者服务器。API Key 的同步规则见下一节。

API Key

你填写的 API Key 保存在系统钥匙串（Keychain）中，不写入普通数据库文件。默认仅存本机。

若你在设置中主动开启「通过 iCloud 钥匙串同步 API Key」，密钥会以 Apple 的端到端加密方式在你的 Apple ID 设备间同步。密钥绝不会发送给开发者。

对话与生成内容的去向

当你发送消息、调用模型或使用联网搜索、图像生成等依赖模型服务的功能时，相关内容会直接发送给你自己配置的 AI 服务商（例如 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、DeepSeek、通义等，以你实际配置为准）。

这些数据如何存储、训练或使用，适用该服务商各自的隐私政策与条款，与 Ying Studio 开发者无关。请在使用前阅读你所选服务商的政策。

若你使用 Apple 设备上的系统模型能力（如适用），则同时受 Apple 相关条款约束。

知识库、记忆与附件

知识库文档、用户记忆、你上传到对话中的图片/文件等，默认存储在本机。为完成嵌入（embedding）或模型理解，相关片段可能发送给你配置的嵌入/对话服务商——仅当你使用需要调用该服务的功能时。

多设备与「手机遥控 Code」

在你开启同步或使用跨设备功能时，设备之间可能通过以下方式协作（均不经过开发者服务器）：

• iCloud：私有数据库或钥匙串/键值存储，用于同步对话、配置、遥控相关状态等（取决于你开启的选项）；
• 局域网直连（Bonjour 等）：同一网络下手机与 Mac 可能建立加密直连以加快「遥控 Code」派单；连不上时回退到你已启用的同步通道。

遥控场景下，手机上的指令与 Mac 上的执行结果属于你的数据，仍遵循「本地 / 你的 iCloud / 你的服务商」路径。

网络与权限

应用需要网络以访问你配置的 AI 服务商。根据功能，系统可能请求相册、相机、麦克风、本地网络、文件访问等权限——仅在你使用对应功能时按系统提示授权。我们不会把这些权限用于广告追踪。

开发者不收集的数据

本应用不含第三方分析、广告或行为追踪 SDK。我们不会收集你的对话内容、API Key、设备广告标识或使用行为并发送给开发者。

诊断日志（如有）仅用于本机调试；不会自动上传到开发者服务器。

儿童

本应用面向能够自行配置 API Key 的用户，不面向儿童。若你认为我们接触到了儿童的个人信息，请联系我们删除相关说明（我们本身不收集账号数据）。

政策变更

我们可能随产品更新修订本政策。重大变更会更新本页的「最后更新」日期。继续使用应用即表示你了解更新后的说明。

Overview

Ying Studio is a bring-your-own API key (BYO-key) AI workspace for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. We are local-first: chats, settings, and keys stay on your devices whenever possible. The developer does not run a chat backend and does not collect, upload, or analyze your personal data or conversations.

What we do not operate

There is no developer-run user account system and no developer-hosted chat server. Your messages are not routed through our servers.

Data stored on your device

Examples of data kept locally by default:

• Conversations and messages (Chat and Code sessions)
• Assistants and system prompts
• Provider configuration (API keys are handled separately below)
• Knowledge bases and on-device indexes
• User memory, if you use that feature
• App settings, shortcuts, and Code-related preferences

If you enable iCloud Sync, some of this data may sync to your private iCloud account (visible only to you), not through developer servers.

API keys

API keys are stored in the system Keychain, not in ordinary database files. By default they stay on this device only.

If you enable iCloud Keychain sync for API keys in Settings, keys may sync privately across your Apple ID devices using Apple’s encryption. Keys are never sent to the developer.

Where messages and generations go

When you chat, call a model, or use features that rely on a provider (e.g. web search or image generation), content is sent directly to the AI providers you configured. How those providers store or use data is governed by their own policies. Review them before use. On-device Apple model features, when used, are also subject to Apple’s terms.

Knowledge, memory, and attachments

Knowledge documents, memory, and attachments stay on device by default. Fragments may be sent to your configured embedding or chat providers only when you use features that require those calls.

Multi-device and remote Code

With sync or cross-device features enabled, devices may cooperate via your iCloud and/or local network (e.g. Bonjour) for faster phone→Mac Code dispatch. Nothing is routed through developer servers.

Network and permissions

Network access is required for your configured AI providers. System permissions (photos, camera, microphone, local network, files, etc.) are requested only for the features you use—not for advertising.

What the developer does not collect

The app includes no third-party analytics, ads, or tracking SDKs. We do not collect your conversations, API keys, IDFA, or usage analytics. Diagnostic logs, if any, stay on device and are not auto-uploaded to us.

Children

The app is intended for users who can configure their own API keys, not for children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do.
